GAYLAN NETT, JR.
Gaylan Nett Jr. has been involved in the construction and real estate business for several decades now. His experience is most effectively used in residential design, determining best uses for real estate, and marketing. He started his career in real estate sales at the age of 18. At the age of 21 he joined his father as a partner in building a successful new home building company, NETT HOMES by Design, and later led in the marketing of a fast growing full service remodeling company, Netco Remodeling. The business has evolved several other companies that include a marble and granite manufacturing company, Artistic Marble & Granite, a real estate holding company, and several commercial and residential developments. Gaylan's expertise can be most valuable in making decisions regarding purchase, and or the investments that need to be made in real estate to receive maximum returns. Gaylan currently spends the majority of his time creating unique residential developments in and around the Wichita area.
GAYLAN NETT, SR.
Gaylan Nett, Sr. started the family business in 1963, remodeling FHA housing projects. In 1973 he began a new home building company while building several hundred-apartment units in Wichita for a local developer. He was the leader in the building of a fast growing full service remodeling company, Netco Remodeling. Gaylan is still consulted on a daily basis. The business has evolved a real estate holding company, and Gaylan currently manages the maintenance of these properties.
Ryan Nett started working summers for the family business at the age of 12. When he turned 18 he began estimating, selling, and managing his own jobs with outstanding customer response. At age 23 he spent 3 1/2 years working at the sister company to Netco; Artistic Marble & Granite, manufacturing granite counter tops. There he was the production supervisor, the CNC programmer, he supervised installation from time to time and he played an active role in sales. During this time he was involved in the replacement of counter tops in several thousand kitchens and bathrooms. Now with nearly 9 years experience with renovating and design, Ryan is back here at Netco serving as the Senior Project Manager for Netco. He has also branched out into building quality Twin Homes in Wichita, Valley Center and El Dorado as well as managing the Marketing of the Netco Companies. Ryan is married to Randa and has two daughters.
Kris has been around the construction business most of her life. Her father and brother own Netco Remodeling. She earned her real estate license in 1985, and started selling new homes built by Netco. Kris sold real estate for several years. She started managing the Netco Remodeling office in 1989. She not only manages the finances for all the Netco Companies, but she also works closely with Gaylan Jr. on the Developments. Kris' attention to detail and knowledge are what keep the Netco offices running smoothly.
Michelle started working at Netco Restoration, a sister company to Netco Remodeling, in 1992. She was recruited to the Netco Remodeling office in 1993, where she worked as assistant to Kris and Gaylan Jr., with Remodel, Restoration, and New Home bookkeeping and customer relations. Michelle left Netco in 2003 to raise her two daughters. She returned in 2014 and helps with the bookkeeping and Commercial Rental accounts management.
